Equipment for the Second Benchmark 4-Way Shuttle Intensive Warehouse Project in Mexico Shipped on Schedule
The first automated warehousing project in Mexico has successfully reached its one-year milestone of stable operation and maintenance. Its exceptional real-world performance has earned high recognition from the client. Backed by this proven track record and mature benchmark project, our team navigated on-site case inspections, in-depth client surveys, visa processing for overseas personnel, local construction capability assessments, and multiple rounds of commercial bidding. As a result, we successfully secured two new turnkey smart warehousing projects in Mexico.
Project Configurations
The project features 4 vertical lifters and 8 four-way shuttles, providing a total storage capacity of over 9,000 pallet positions. One of the warehouses will be deployed in a three-phase stepped approach. It features a net storage height of approximately 20 meters and is planned with a 9-to-10-layer high-density storage architecture.
Production and Logistics
Facing the dual pressure of a tight delivery schedule and a concentrated seasonal order production cycle, the manufacturing team coordinated weekend overtime shifts to hit critical production milestones. Inside the workshop, the assembly of the four-way shuttles progressed in an orderly manner, and the production of all supporting control cabinets was completed.
As our second benchmark project in Mexico, the company enforced high-standard quality control from top to bottom across the entire chain—spanning production, packaging, and quality inspection. This meticulous management firmly secured the baseline for safe project delivery.
Currently, the entire suite of automated equipment has been packed into solid wood crates, inventoried, consolidated, and officially cleared for the overseas shipping process.
Future Outlook
Once this batch of projects goes live, our company will boast two stable commercial project models in Mexico. This will build a solid barrier for our brand to deepen its presence in the North American smart logistics track.
Looking ahead, the company plans to establish a local subsidiary in Mexico.
