2026 Brazil INTRALOG Expo Concludes Successfully | Sailing Towards South America

Release time: 09 24,26  Hits:0 times

From September 15 to 17, 2026, INTRA‑LOG EXPO SOUTH AMERICA 2026 was grandly held at São Paulo’s Blue Pavilion. As a leading professional internal logistics exhibition in Latin America, it gathered system integrators, traders and end‑user enterprises from across the region. Centered on warehouse automation, high‑density storage and digital transformation of warehousing, the event demonstrated robust upgrading demands for logistics equipment across South America.

Following the Malaysia MTE Show, Nanjing 4D Intelligent Warehousing expanded its global outreach once again. We showcased our four‑way shuttle integrated system, two‑way shuttle solutions and three benchmark completed projects in Mexico at the exhibition, striving to further develop the South American market.

Pre‑Show Preparation: Localized Adaptation for Exhibition Success

To cater to the Brazilian market, we produced a full set of Portuguese‑language display materials for this show, clearly presenting product specifications, real‑world photos of Mexican projects and the advantages of our high‑density warehouse solutions. A Portuguese‑speaking interpreter was specially hired for the booth to provide on‑site customer reception, technical briefings and business negotiations. The team highly appreciated her professionalism and communication efficiency, which greatly eliminated language barriers. Branded souvenirs, consistent with those prepared for the Malaysia exhibition, were ready for visiting merchants.

The team conducted in‑depth reviews of completed Mexican projects. We prepared response plans in advance for frequently‑raised client concerns, including South America’s high‑temperature and humid working conditions, warehouse renovation requirements and budget constraints. Special emphasis was placed on optimizing two‑way shuttle solution deliverables, laying solid groundwork for on‑site business discussions.

Exhibition On‑site: Flood of Visitors, Two‑Way Shuttles Take the Spotlight

Over the three‑day exhibition period, our booth maintained steady visitor traffic. Many attendees stopped after seeing our Mexican project cases featured on Portuguese‑language display panels. Some clients who had learned about our company online also made special trips to our booth. Supported by the Portuguese interpreter, our sales and engineering teams delivered seamless Portuguese‑English‑Chinese multilingual communication, ensuring smooth exchanges on technical details and commercial terms.

On‑site feedback clearly showed that two‑way shuttles drew greater attention than four‑way shuttles. Numerous Brazilian manufacturing and e‑commerce warehouse clients brought their warehouse floor plans. They worked directly with our on‑site engineers to discuss warehouse renovation proposals, calculate storage capacity improvement benefits, and raised practical questions regarding equipment environmental adaptability and component protection ratings.

A large number of traders and agents from Brazil, Argentina, Chile and other countries visited for in‑depth discussions covering regional agency partnerships, procurement models, prototype machine support, spare‑parts after‑sales services and more. Many channel partners expressed strong willingness to cooperate. After communications, many prospective clients took group photos and exchanged WhatsApp contacts as well as business cards. Quotations and project follow‑ups will continue after the show. Custom souvenirs were handed out to visiting guests, creating a vibrant and engaging communication atmosphere.

Visitors represented industries including food processing, automotive components, e‑commerce and cold‑chain logistics. Against the backdrop of local land and labor costs in Latin America, we jointly explored feasible paths for warehouse automation implementation across the region.

Future Outlook: Establishing a Mexican Subsidiary to Deepen Our Footprint in Latin America

This Brazil exhibition marks a key milestone in our market expansion for smart warehousing in South America. We have collected substantial real‑world market demands and partnership intentions, further validating the huge potential of the Latin American market. Drawing on practical experience from our three completed projects in Mexico, our company plans to set up a local Mexican subsidiary next year. A local spare‑parts warehouse will be built to enhance delivery, commissioning and localized after‑sales service capabilities, enabling us to serve clients in Mexico, Brazil and the broader Latin American region efficiently.

Moving forward, we will keep upgrading our core technologies for four‑way and two‑way shuttles, develop cost‑effective holistic smart warehousing solutions tailored for Latin American markets, expand our network of local channel partners, and keep participating in global industry events. We aim to support Latin American enterprises in achieving digital transformation for their warehousing operations!
