Mexico Project Successfully Completed

After months of hard work, the Mexican four-way intensive warehouse project was successfully completed with the joint efforts of all members. The project includes two warehouses, the raw material warehouse (MP) and the finished product warehouse (PT), with a total of 5012 pallet locations, designed with 4 layers of height, pallet size: 1200*1000*150, goods size: 1300*1100*1850, weight 1T. According to the efficiency of use, the MP warehouse is equipped with 4 four-way shuttles, and the PT warehouse is equipped with 5 four-way shuttles, with the ability to work with multiple shuttles on the same floor.The most difficult part of this cross-border implementation was visa processing. Experienced people know that it is much more difficult to obtain a Mexican visa than the United States and Canada. The company tried various methods and finally succeeded in obtaining a visa. The installation of rack and equipment was guided by engineers and constructed by local workers. The difficulty can be imagined. Thanks to our profound skills accumulated over the years, everything went smoothly under our standardized implementation process. In addition, since it is an overseas project, in order to facilitate customer use, our entire system design supports free switching between Chinese, English and Spanish, taking into account localized operation needs and international management standards.
