Exhibition in Thailand has come to a successful conclusion!

From August 20th to 22nd, the 2025 TILOG Logistix exhibition was held in Hall 98 of the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Center. Themed "Resilient Supply Chains: Overcoming Global Challenges," the exhibition attracted over 150 companies from 25 countries worldwide, representing 450 brands across five categories: transportation and logistics service providers, goods transportation, warehousing, packaging, and IT logistics.

Welcome Romanian Client to Visit!

Recently, our company welcomed a Romanian client for an on-site visit. This exchange was not our first connection. Previously, our company had completed initial communication with the client and provided a first draft of the four-way intensive warehouse solution based on their requirements, laying a solid foundation for this in-depth discussion. To ensure an efficient and smooth visit for clients, the company"s reception team made preparations in advance. They not only repeatedly confirmed basic information such as the arrival time and hotel location with the client, but also formed a dedicated reception team of "technical experts + professional translators" based on the core requirements of the four-way intensive warehouse solution, with clear division of labor for providing comprehensive support in explanation, answering questions, and communication. On the day of the visit, staff arrived at the client"s hotel on time to pick him up, starting the exchange with professional service. During the client"s visit to the demo system, Manager Yan, the technical staff, provided a detailed explanation of the system"s operation and the differences between the demo system and the actual implementation system. Manager Yan also addressed the client"s questions from a professional perspective, answering their inquiries and highlighting the unique advantages of our four-way intensive warehouse. The staff also showed the client the assembly area of the four-way shuttle. The client could closely observe the internal circuitry and mechanical structure of the shuttle, and also appreciate the high quality, stability, and reliability of our product components. In addition, the staff showed the client the racking samples, focusing on the different thicknesses of the racking. Following the site visit, both parties moved to the conference room to discuss the project plan . A key requirement from the client was that the new warehouse be connected to the existing one. Currently, the client has an existing, operational warehouse next to the new one. In previous communications, the technical staff were unclear about how the existing warehouse operates. During this discussion, the client explained their existing warehouse"s operating model to the technical staff, where pallets and workbins are stored separately, and they hoped to move all pallets to the new warehouse in the future. After understanding the client"s requirements, the technical staff revised the plan while communicating with the client. Another unique aspect of this project is its diverse product range and high efficiency in inventory management. The client was hesitating about the number of elevators. Initially, our company proposed a two-elevator solution. However, during this discussion, considering both efficiency and system stability, we ultimately recommended a four-elevator solution . This face-to-face communication not only brought both parties closer but also allowed our company to accurately identify the client"s potential needs. In future, Nanjing 4D Intelligent Storage Equipment Co., Ltd. will continue to focus on technological research and development, steadily advance the implementation of each project, further strengthen its competitiveness in the overseas intelligent warehouse market, and provide more international clients with customized, cost-effective warehousing solutions!

Participate in the 40th Qinhuai Lantern Festival Foreign Trade Session

Our company was honored to participate in the 40th Qinhuai Lantern Festival International Trade Fair Foreign Trade Commodity Exhibition, held on January 22nd. This event, featuring Nanjing"s traditional lantern festival, brought together elites from various sectors and well-known enterprises. The foreign trade commodity exhibition section boasted a rich variety of products, with exhibitors covering multiple industries, including fitness trackers, drones, medical products, electrical equipment, and other diverse items.Our core exhibit, the four-way high-density storage system, showcases its high versatility—suitable for storing various product categories and adaptable to diverse industry scenarios, and demonstrates its core advantages and application value. When customers visited our booth to learn about our product, our staff actively explained and introduced the unique advantages of our products.The day before the event, exhibitors arrived early with roll-up banners and brochures to set up our booth and showcased various successful project case on computers. Even before the event officially started, the booth had already attracted a considerable number of visitors. Customers with warehouse design needs came to our booth to inquire about our solution, and our exhibitors actively explained the unique advantages of our products and systems.On the day of the event, the number of visitors reached its peak , with many customers visiting the booths to inquire about products. After the conference, several leaders visited the foreign trade product exhibition area to learn about the current status of the foreign trade business of various enterprises .By noon, the foreign trade commodity exhibition had successfully concluded. Participation in this exhibition not only garnered our company more attention and expanded our brand influence, but also laid a solid foundation for future expansion of foreign trade cooperation channels.

The Spring Festival holiday has come to a successful end. On February 24 , our company resumed work after the holiday. New orders from Mexico, production is progressing steadily

Last year's completed Mexico project has been running stably for a year, with relatively satisfactory feedback from the client. Building on this success, we received new project requests in Mexico this year. After case studies, client feedback surveys, Mexican visa applications, local installation and implementation capabilities, and multiple rounds of bidding, we ultimately won two new projects with an overwhelming advantage! The two projects involve a total of 4 elevators, 8 four-way shuttles, and over 9,000 cargo spaces. One of the projects was completed in three phases. This project is quite tall, with each structure around 20 meters high and spanning 9-10 floors.The project is currently in steady production. Due to the tight project schedule and a recent surge in orders, the company has arranged for employees to work on Saturdays. The picture below shows our workshop site. The four-way shuttle is being assembled, and the control cabinet is partially completed and in the process of installation.This is our second and third project in Mexico, and the company attaches great importance to it. Every aspect of the project implementation was strictly controlled to ensure its success. With the successful completion of this project, the company will have three successful cases in Mexico, laying the foundation for further expansion in the North American market. In the future, the company is also considering establishing a subsidiary in Mexico to better serve local clients.

A UAE customer team recently paid an official visit to our facility for an in-depth inspection and negotiation on a customized 4-way shuttle project. The visit was led by our Sales Manager, with the technical team providing full on-site support throughout the engagement.Pre-Visit PreparationPrior to the customer's arrival, our reception team conducted advance communication to clarify the core requirements of the customer's warehouse project, including load standards, vehicle model compatibility, and warehouse layout. A dedicated reception group was formed, with personnel assigned to equipment demonstration, technical Q&A, and project solution presentation, ensuring a smooth and efficient on-site experience.On-Site Inspection & Equipment DemonstrationUpon arrival, the customer was given a guided tour of our factory's sample warehouse area, where both 2-way and 4-way shuttle units were displayed in operation. A complete warehouse workflow demonstration was conducted, allowing the customer to observe the equipment's actual performance firsthand.Customized Solution for 1.6-Ton Load RequirementDuring the inspection, the customer raised a key operational requirement: their actual cargo weight reaches 1.6 tons, while our standard 4-way shuttle has a rated load capacity of 1.5 tons. Rather than recommending a costly heavy-duty model, our technical team proposed a cost-effective lightweight customization solution — adding four additional wheels to the existing chassis, upgrading it to an 8-wheel structure, and simultaneously upgrading the matching reducer and motor components. This approach perfectly meets the 1.6-ton load requirement while keeping the overall investment under control, delivering both stability and cost efficiency. Our technical staff then provided a detailed breakdown of the complete warehouse solution built around this customized 4-way shuttle, addressing all customer concerns regarding load-bearing capacity, equipment durability, and scheduling efficiency.Customer Recognition & Next StepsFollowing the demonstration, the technical team further refined the implementation plan for the customized 8-wheel 4-way shuttle, elaborating on the load enhancement and operational advantages brought by the wheel structure upgrade and drivetrain optimization. The customer expressed high recognition of our flexible R&D customization capability and our ability to deliver solutions precisely tailored to actual project needs.Looking Ahead: Middle East Market ExpansionThis face-to-face engagement not only showcased our equipment R&D and customization expertise but also enabled us to capture the customer's differentiated load requirements, laying a solid foundation for long-term cooperation. The Middle East is a core overseas market for our company. Over the next 2–3 years, we plan to roll out a phased localized service footprint across multiple countries in the region — establishing dedicated overseas service offices, building local sales and after-sales technical teams, and enabling nearby customer support, rapid on-site commissioning, and immediate spare parts supply.
